Weight Loss Zoloft. I am getting so frustrated with with the weight gain so I It is probably going to take a good month to see any weight loss as the zoloft will take awhile to get. Weight loss is a common side effect of Zoloft® (sertraline hydrochloride).
But, as they say, each SSRI works differently for each.

On zoloft I lost a lot of weight on paxil I gained but I needed too hope it works to gain again. I've read stuff about weight loss andn weight gain on zoloft. Anybody know why this weight loss is so terrible and am I wrong for being okay with this "side effect"?
